Shipping Policies
- General Items: Follow standard volumetric rates above.
- Special Items: (watches, laptops, car parts, cosmetics, etc.) are quoted separately.
- China Orders: Subject to MOQ, product nature, and total shipment volume. No fixed per-kg rate.
- Delivery Time:
- Air cargo: 7–14 working days after dispatch
- Sea cargo: 4–6 weeks (depending on origin)
- Local Courier Charges: Always billed separately.
- Consolidation: Multiple orders can be combined to reduce total shipping cost.
- Custom Duties: Applied only when required by Pakistani customs. Customers are informed in advance.
- Damage & Delays: AmnaShipShop ensures secure packing but cannot be held liable for in-transit customs delays or manufacturer defects.
- Payment Confirmation: Orders are processed only after full payment verification.
- Rate Fixation: Once confirmed, currency rates are locked to avoid fluctuations.
- Refunds & Returns:
- International orders are non-returnable unless a vendor error occurs.
- Refunds (if approved) are processed after vendor confirmation.
